On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the Omnichannel Marketing Acceleration (OMA) initiative. Our current marketing approach is falling short of customer expectations due to a lack of personalization and insufficient use of customer data, leading to missed opportunities.
The marketing and data technologies are fragmented and lack real-time automation, limiting our ability to effectively plan and optimize marketing efforts. Additionally, evolving consumer privacy regulations and the phase-out of 3rd party cookies necessitate a shift towards 1st party data.

- Own the Marketing & Data Technology workstream, driving it forward in line with its objectives.
- Align with the MarTech & Data Blueprint to ensure smooth procurement, development, testing, and establishment of our new MarTech and data landscape.
- Lead the integration of new software into digital landscape.
- Manage the purchasing process, proof of concepts, and scaling of MarTech and data solutions in our roadmap.
- Proactively manage risks and blockers to keep the workstream on track.
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress and key milestones.
Requirements
- Program and/or senior project management experience
- Skills and experience in Marketing Technology, preferably from a large enterprise
- Ability to handle large degree of complexity
- Proven track record of successfully having led and implemented major changes (in projects or other types of initiatives)
