On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Manager/Design Lead.
This role supports a company-wide transformation to modernize work through standardization and digitalization. It enhances co-worker experience, deploys digital tools, ensures compliance, and leverages analytics to drive business success.
In this role as Design Lead, you will be the point of contact for the release lead and release PMO’s for any plan inputs, RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) inputs, or status updates. Together with the Business Area Lead, you are responsible for planning the resources. Throughout the Design Workshops, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, progress, and cooperation.
Requirements
This means in particular, your responsibilities include:
- Aligning and scheduling all design activities across process experts and digital product specialists
- Coordinating the design team to deliver the design workshops
- Coordinating if all the design stages: Preparation, session participation, closure of the stage to successfully open next one
- Facilitating in design sessions (introduction, closure, timekeeping, monitoring chats, etc.)
- Coordinating the preparation of supporting materials with the design team and making sure everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines
- Organizing and facilitating regular release design team meetings to gather process and digital updates
- Cooperating with the team to track and monitor the status of design activities and support with statistics
- Managing the workload by enabling sufficient tracking tools to capture progress and challenges
- Providing status updates on design to other program stakeholders, and be a part of governance meetings
- Collaborating with the Business Area Leads and Business & Solution Architects to provide guidance to the design teams on priorities within the release
As Design Lead, you have a strong ability to manage complex transformations, keeping plans and deadlines on track. You have strong project management skills, including scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and communication.
You coordinate meetings, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain focus on goals. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in presenting data and risk management to stakeholders.
In addition, you are good at collaboration with multi-cultural and international project teams in different countries.
