On the behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Analyst with an interest or curiosity in the indirect procurement industry with the energy, drive and commitment to deliver better products and services for the many people, by analyses and fact-based decisions.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge within following areas Digital & Tech, Real Estate, and/or Professional Services as well as Source to Pay processes. Experience in analysis and excel is a must-have, and if within a sourcing organization, it would be a bonus, but it’s not a requirement.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst the candidate will work closely together with Procurement Business Navigators, the Process team(s), the Operational development team as well as with colleague Business Analysts.
- Perform data analysis, support on data quality and recommendations to enable fact-based decisions.
- (risk, cost, spend, savings analyses, process improvement)
- Provide and/or enable analytical support combined with training and supporting procurement colleagues on Business Information and other reporting solutions
- Communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listens actively to gain information
- Demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances
Requirements
- The ability to build trust and partner-up to reach common goals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with data at heart
- High motivation in understanding the area of responsibility you will be focusing on and to continuously learn and develop
- Knowledge of MS Excel is required, experience of SAP Procurement tools are highly appreciated
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
